Here is a cool video of Aubrey O’Day acting as the judge in a Wet t-shirt contest in the Tabu Ultra Lounge Las Vegas. I think that the MC was looking through the crowd and spotted her looking hot and shaking her sexy little butt. She has recently been on the cover of Playboy. She must be wanting to party like a Hip Hop Chick in the clubs of Las Vegas. She has a much different voice that I would have expected in the club. She doesn’t really sound like she did when she was on Making the Band with P. Diddy. That’s cool though, but I liked her voice better with P. Diddy an I also like her voice on Danity Kane. Naturally, I like her great body, clever butt, and extra special rack.
It’s not the best time for it but a new casino has opened in Las Vegas in an off-Strip location. The M Resort Spa Casino is a $1 billion resort casino located on South Las Vegas Boulevard and St. Rose Parkway about 10 miles away from the central resort area. The M Resort offers wireless coverage throughout the resort and also features an on-site gas station and M Pharmacy. The resort has 390 guest rooms and suites ranging from 550 to 2,400 square feet. Rooms all have pillow-top beds, a Bose sound system and 42-inch flatscreen television and the bathrooms include an inlaid mirror television and separate bathtub and shower.
On the property there are nine restaurants and five bars including the Studio B Show Kitchen Buffet, which incorporates a live action cooking studio and a wine tasting room called the Hostile Grape. The 100,000 square foot Villaggio Del Sole Pool and Entertainment Piazza will be the location for headline entertainment and there is more than 60,000 square feet of conference space.
The hotel is relying on local buzz and drive-in traffic to fill the resort, which is a boutique resort compared to some of the Las Vegas Strip behemoths. Chief executive Anthony Marnell III told the AP : “I think that we can carve out our little tiny niche down here with this product.” Rates start at just $75 a night.— The M Resort is certainly opening during tough times for casinos, but chairman and CEO Anthony Marnell III says his employees are working to win customers over with timeless tenets — service and value.
Marnell said Sunday before opening the $1 billion resort south of the Las Vegas resort corridor that he’s expecting a rough start in filling the hotel’s 390 rooms after March.
But Marnell says he’s confident that the M Resort can carve out its own niche combining Las Vegas locals with drive-in traffic mostly from California. He says the hotel is also advertising near the airport in hopes of showing how the property stands out.
Tourism officials say Las Vegas added 7,500 rooms in 2008, but visitor volume dropped 4.4%.
The hottest clubs in Vegas right now are without a doubt, club XS and Tryst. As we know both clubs are at the new Wynn Hotel and Casino and Encore, the twin addition that opened on New Years.
Apparently, Vida Guerra (above), one of the hottest models and tv stars in the world was there a few nights ago. She was parting with Javon Walker of the Oakland Raiders, along with Braylon Edwards of the Cleveland Browns and Donte Stallworth of the New Orleans Saints. So obliviously, those guys know how to party. It also shows that in the revolving door of clubs in Vegas that are “the hottest”, it is obvious that XS and Tryst are claiming that title for the time being. Also, recent reluctant price-cutting of room rates to stimulate Las Vegas visitor counts has worked well, with two records of room-night reservations being shattered, selling more than 60,000 room nights in one 12-hour period.
Now is the time to visit Las Vegas and when you are there, make sure you check out XS and Tryst. Dress code is slightly restrictive. Hours are 8-4am on weekends, and 8-2 on weekdays.
Las Vegas, the center of cool and fun in the USA is organizing an amazing city wide celebration for New Years Eve. They’ve called it “Takin’ it to the Streets” and there are planning it citywide on Dec. 31st 2008. There will be fireworks, live music, and a giant pyrotechnic display. The main events will be held on the strip. Most of the bands will be playing at the Fremont Street Experience.
