Las Vegas Strip Development

Three big developments already underway:
Construction is also well under way on the Palazzo, a $1.8 billion hotel-casino Las Vegas Sands Corp. is building next to The Venetian. Opening is planned for the middle of next year.

Wynn Resorts Ltd. has started building Encore, a $1.74 billion hotel-casino next to Wynn Las Vegas.

The $500 million Trump International condominium-hotel tower and the $1.8 billion Cosmopolitan, a hotel-casino-condominium development, have both been under construction for a year.

Aladdin Planet Hollywood Update

Just wondering does anyone have any updates on the construction on the Aladdin Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas that is being converted to a Planet Hollywood??

 Answer:
I have just been back from Las Vegas on 10/13. Aladdin looks like being located in Iraq war zone. Nothing has been done yet. I passed by and it is the first time that I didn’t get in– because I don’t know if it is safe inside based on the outside appearance.
