Largely, it looks like there is confusion between min bet and chip size in roulette. E.g. Hacienda has quarter chips, but $1 min for roulette. El Co is $5 for craps and $2 min for roulette. Western no longer has roulette. Ellis Island has $3 minicraps. Fremont does not have $1 roulette but I have seen $2 min with 50 cent chips. Golden Gate does not have $1 min roulette, but dooes have 50 cent chips and $2 min. Nevada Palace has 25 cent chips on one of their roulette tables, with a $1 min.
